Make sure you wallet is funded if you are using Apt-Pay since it is $1.00 per transaction.

Enable Time Settings: You’ll see a grid or boxes for each day of the week and different time slots.
Change the boxes to white to turn off age verification for specific days or times.
Leave the boxes in blue to keep age verification enabled for those periods.
For example, if you want to disable age verification from 8 PM to 5 AM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, you would change those boxes to white.
Ensure your machine is set to the correct time zone by navigating to Settings System. Use the network-provided time zone and ensure the machine is in 24-hour format.
Method 1: Physical ID Scanner
Hardware Purchase: You can buy a standalone ID scanner from VapeTM. The installation is straightforward, and we provide instructions on how to set it up.
Free Scans: Each ID check is free once you own the scanner; there is no per-scan charge.
Key Limitation: Since this method does not authenticate IDs against a database, a fake or expired license may still pass. Keep this in mind if your location is high-risk or has strict compliance laws.

Method 2: Apt-Pay (Integrated with VapeTM Software)
Apt-Pay is VapeTM’s unique software-based verification system, designed to do more than just scan an ID. It offers:
Customer Clicks “Buy”: The user initiates a purchase on the vending machine’s touchscreen.
Enter Email or Phone Number: The machine prompts the customer to provide their contact details.
Upload Driver’s License & Selfie: A message sent to their phone instructs them to snap a photo of their license and a real-time selfie.
15-Second Verification: Using multiple secure databases, Apt-Pay checks the authenticity of the license and performs biometric facial recognition to ensure the uploaded face matches the photo ID.
Approval or Denial: The system confirms or rejects the user, typically within 15 seconds.
Proceed to Payment: If the customer is approved, they move forward to the payment screen and complete their purchase.
Cost: Each verification performed through Apt-Pay costs $1.00 per scan, which is automatically deducted from your software wallet.
Advanced Authentication: Because it checks both the ID and the live facial image against a broad database, it’s far more effective at catching fake or expired licenses.
