Monthly service charges for Kiosoft card readers start once the system detects daily customer transactions.
This applies to all live payment activity on your machine.
Test Transactions Are Not Billed
Any test transactions performed during setup or troubleshooting are not included in the monthly billing cycle.
Charges only apply to real, completed customer transactions.
How to Monitor Activity
You can view transaction history through the Kiosoft Management Portal.
Use this data to track the first day of live activity and monitor ongoing charges.
Tip
If you’re setting up a new machine, you won’t incur charges until it begins processing actual sales.
