AMEX Activation for New Accounts
Overview
When a new Nayax payment terminal is deployed, there is a standard provisioning window required by the backend merchant processor. While most major credit cards are active immediately, American Express (AMEX) requires an additional verification layer through Chase (the billing provider) before it becomes available as a payment method.

Expected Duration: Approximately 2–3 weeks from account activation.
Unaffected Services: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are generally unaffected and available for immediate use.
