Here is a step-by-step guide for installing and adjusting the tin lifter:
1. Adjusting the Lifter Size
Before installing the lifter into the machine, you need to set it to the correct length for your specific product aisle:
Hold the orange/black lifter and slide the extension piece in or out.
Ensure the length matches the depth of your machine's tray so that it spans from the motor to the front edge.
2. Connecting to the Motor
Locate the motor wheel at the very back of the spiral coil.
Take the back end of the lifter (the side with the small circular attachment) and press it firmly onto the center of the motor wheel.
3. Securing the Front Clip
Once the back is attached, align the front of the lifter with the metal tray.
Press the orange/black clip down over the front lip of the tray until it clicks into place.
Verify Stability: Once clipped, the lifter should be locked in place and unable to move back and forth.
4. Loading the Product
Place your products (e.g., nicotine pouches or tins) directly on top of the lifter, centered between the coils.
The lifter keeps the product elevated and level, preventing it from tilting or getting stuck during the dispensing rotation.
5. Final Check
Ensure the products are sitting flush against each other.
The lifter will now assist the spiral in pushing the product forward smoothly, ensuring a reliable vend every time.
