1) Alert type: Inventory shortage

Description: Insufficient inventory

Code: 400

What it means: The machine has run low on stock for one or more items, so it can’t complete a sale.

Real-life example: A customer selects a drink, but the slot is empty or below the required quantity, so the machine can’t dispense it.

What to do: Refill the affected items and confirm inventory levels in the machine to avoid missed sales.

2) Alert type: Malfunction

Description: Network abnormality

Code: 003

What it means: The machine briefly lost or had an unstable internet connection, then reconnected. This can cause delayed or inconsistent status updates.

Real-life example: A customer taps their card during a weak Wi-Fi moment, and the machine shows delayed or inconsistent status updates.

What to do: Check the network stability and make sure only one connection type is active (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

  • Make sure the WiFi antenna is firmly attached.

  • Test the connection by opening the browser on the machine.
