To link your bank account to your card reader(s), you will setup an account with Nayax. Use the link in your onboarding email sent by VapeTM. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for providing all necessary banking information during the Nayax setup process. VapeTM does not handle banking verification or provide documents like voided checks on your behalf.

After your Nayax paperwork is complete you will receive an email from [email protected] requesting several photos of your machine(s) and pictures of products inside. This email will also ask you to provide the method used to age restrict sale of products. For age verification, we use a third party called “Apt Pay”.

As you may be aware, Nayax US continuously monitors activities and transactions of our clients.
The card acquirer, which services your business, lists “Tobacco” on its Restricted industries list; therefore, we are obliged to confirm the nature of products being sold by your machines. Nicotine products, vapor products, e-liquid products, and alternative nicotine products are included in “Tobacco”.
To clarify the matter to the acquirer, we hereby ask you to provide the following:
Several photos of vending (or similar unattended) machine(s) with your products/services sold by them.
One photo showing the vending/unattended machine(s) in its full size, switched-on, with the surroundings and where the Nayax device can be seen.
A close-up picture, with specific products/services being sold by the machine(s), so that shapes/names/prices of the products or services can be deciphered.
List of tobacco products, including brand name, being sold in the vending machine(s).
Copy of your license, allowing you to sell tobacco/nicotine products (if required).
Method used to age-restrict sale of tobacco products in the vending machine(s).
Please respond to this email or initiate a case with Nayax Compliance by completing the provided form within the next business week.
If, after 30 (thirty) days from this notice, the above required information is not provided to Nayax, all Nayax devices held by the client will be disconnected immediately.
