Understanding the Onboarding Process
Before taking any action, it's helpful to understand how the machine onboarding process works:
• You may receive your onboarding email before your machine is physically delivered. This is completely normal.
• New machines are automatically assigned to your account — there is no manual activation required on your end.
• By the time your machine is delivered, it should already be visible in your portal. If it isn't, follow the steps below.
Step 1 — Log In to the VapeTM Portal
1.1 Open your browser and navigate to https://vapetm.vapevendingsoftware.com.
1.2 Enter your login credentials to access your dashboard.
1.3 Navigate to the "Machines" section and check whether your new machine appears in the list.
Step 2 — Machine Not Visible? Contact Support
2.1 If your machine is not showing in the portal after delivery, please reach out to our support team directly via email at:
2.2 In your email, please include the following:
• A clear photo of your machine's serial number
• A note stating that you would like your machine assigned to your account
• Your account login email for reference
Step 3 — What to Expect
3.1 Once your support request is received, our team will review and process your machine assignment.
3.2 Please allow up to 1–2 business days for your machine to appear in your portal after contacting support.
3.3 You will be notified once the machine has been successfully assigned to your account.
⚠️ Important Notes
No Activation Needed: There is no manual machine activation process required. New machines are automatically assigned to your account upon delivery.
Received Your Onboarding Email Early? This is expected — onboarding emails are sometimes sent before the physical machine arrives. Simply wait for your delivery and verify your portal once received.
