Door Lock Alignment

Confirm that the door lock is not engaging correctly.

Unscrew the four screws around the lock area as shown in the video.

With screws removed, open the vending machine door.

While the door is open, insert the key into the lock and lock it (turn as if locking with door shut).

Place your finger on the lock mechanism to hold it steady.

Insert the key and turn it 1/8 turn clockwise.

At the same time, pull and push on the lock to adjust its alignment.

Ensure the lock mechanism moves forward (toward the front of the machine).

The key should move away from you as the lock aligns.

Close the door and test if the lock now aligns properly.

Reinsert screws once alignment is successful.
