Machine Hardware: Universal Pedestal Stand Installation

This guide walks through unboxing, mounting the stand to your machine, attaching the wheeled base, and the final door adjustment. Plan for two people for the lifts and flips.

The Universal Pedestal Stand raises your machine to floor-standing height and ships ready to mount across the full wall-mount lineup.

Compatible machines

  • Mini Wall (white) - (M4 - 1 inch Screw Size - these screws are not included in the kit)

  • Slim Wall (black)

  • Pokémon Machine (Slim Wall variant - TCG)

  • Mega Wall 2.0 (15-aisle)

What's in the crate

  • Stand (the vertical cabinet)

  • Base (the bottom plate with wheels and casters)

  • Keys and hardware brackets (resting at the top of the packaging)

  • Two bags of screws — longer screws for the stand, shorter screws for the base

The cabinet has an internal locking compartment for secure storage.

Before you begin

  • Have two people on hand for flipping the machine.

  • Work on carpet or a protective blanket, never bare concrete, so the machine doesn't get scratched.

  • If your machine has a custom wrap, you may need to peel back or trim the vinyl to expose the mounting holes.

Step 1 — Unbox the stand

Uncrate the stand and open the inner box. Pull the keys and hardware brackets off the top, then remove the foam and plastic wrap. You'll be left with two pieces: the stand and the base.

Step 2 — Flip the machine upside down

On a protected surface, carefully flip the machine completely upside down so the bottom faces up. One person can manage it, but a second set of hands is safer.

Step 3 — Position the stand on the machine

Set the stand upside down onto the bottom of the machine and align it:

  • Front of the stand flush with the front (glass side) of the machine.

  • Back of the stand aligned with the back of the machine.

Step 4 — Configure the adapter plate

The stand ships with a metal adapter plate (the raised "lip") attached. How you handle it depends on your machine:

  • Mega Wall 2.0: Leave the plate on. Skip to Step 5.

  • Slim Wall and Mini Wall: Remove it. Take out the two screws holding the plate, tilt the stand back slightly, and slide the plate out. A small round metal spacer comes off with it — set it aside, you'll reinstall it in Step 9.

Step 5 — Bolt the stand to the machine

Use the longer screws. The bag holds seven; you only need six (one is a spare).

  1. Thread the four outer screws first — two on the left edge, two on the right. Start them just a few turns; gravity helps them catch cleanly with the machine upside down.

  2. Unlock and open the stand's front door, then thread the final two screws inside the front cabinet.

  3. Once all six are started, go back and fully tighten them.

Step 6 — Attach the wheeled base

Position the base on top of the upside-down stand with the longer side facing the front of the machine and the shorter side facing the back. Use the shorter screws — nine total, all accessed from inside the cabinet (three along the front edge, three across the middle, three along the back). Partially thread all nine, then tighten them down.

Step 7 — Lower the casters

Turn the casters clockwise to extend them all the way down. This keeps the machine resting steady on the casters instead of rolling on its wheels the moment it touches the floor.

Step 8 — Flip the machine upright

With two people, lift the assembly, flip it right side up, and set it down gently onto the casters.

Step 9 — Reinstall the door spacer (Slim Wall and Mini Wall only)

Open the front door of the vending machine and find the small hole on the lower ledge of the frame. Drop in the round metal spacer you saved in Step 4. It creates a slight bump that lifts the door so it slides open cleanly without scraping.

Optional — Anchor the stand to the floor

Most operators run on the casters alone. For permanent installs, use the included anchor brackets:

  1. Unscrew a caster downward until it extends past the wheel.

  2. Spin the locking nut all the way up the thread to lock the caster height.

  3. Slide the anchor bracket over the caster shaft.

  4. Drive your floor anchors through the bracket holes to secure it.

Screw reference

  • Longer screws (6): stand to machine — 2 outer left, 2 outer right, 2 inside front cabinet.

  • Shorter screws (9): base to stand — 3 front, 3 middle, 3 back, all from inside the cabinet.
