Step 1: Login to the Kiosoft portal
Step 2: After login, on the left-side bar of Home page - click on "Reports" > “Pro Reports Pro” than 'Transactions"
This will take you to the “Transaction Report” page.
On the Transaction Report page, you’ll find a ‘Reports’ tab on the left-hand side. Under this tab, you can access both the Transaction Report and the Refund Report.
The Vendor Portal will redirect you to the Home page of the KioSoft portal. (Refer to step 2)
On the Transaction Report page, you’ll see two main modules:
The first module allows you to filter the report by options such as payment type, date, time, and more.
2. The second module displays detailed transaction results, including card number (partially masked), location, machine number, and other relevant information.
These modules help you easily search and review specific transactions based on your selected criteria.
Step 3: Now, click on the “Card Number” tab in the second module of Transaction Report to search for card number to get the transactions to be refunded.
On the right-hand side you can see the transactions based on the card number given in serach.
Step 4: On the Transaction Report page, in the second module, scroll down to right, you can locate the transaction you need to refund by checking the transaction date, time, card number and amount.
This will help you identify the correct entry for processing the refund.
Step 5: After selecting the transaction that needs to be refunded, simply click on the “Refund” button to initiate the refund process.
After clicking the “Refund” button, a pop-up message titled “Transaction Refund” will appear. In this window, you’ll need to confirm the refund transaction.
Within the pop-up, you can also select the “Refund Type” — choose between a Full Refund or a Partial Refund, depending on the situation.
Finally, click the “Confirm” button to complete the refund process. Once confirmed, the refund transaction will be successfully processed.
