When the optical light sensor is enabled, a refund will be triggered if a product is not detected at the exit chute. If this occurs, the VapeTM Portal (under Real-Time Transactions) will display the status as "refunded" or "refunding," and your inventory count will remain unchanged.
On Nayax, under Reports > Dynamic Transactions Monitoring, the transaction will appear as "Cancelled, Product could not be dispensed."
To enable or disable the sensor, find your machine in the Machine List and open the Machine Configuration. The sensor setting will be located at the bottom of the page.
