This article details the VapeTM Software Subscriptions

Update: Starting December 1st 2025, all machines required a form of payment on file. Please note that while a payment card is on file, cards will not be charged until any included trial period is complete.

How to Setup your Software Subscriptions

  1. All customers will be prompted to 'Add Payment Method and Subscribe' when they log in to their VapeTM software portal. Click 'Subscribe' to proceed.

    This activation is to collect a payment method on file and active the trial period. The payment method on file will not be charged until the expiration of the free trial period. This initial prompt will identify all the machines that require an active subscription and the date which the machine is set to expire. This expiration date is the date that the payment on file will be charged.

  2. If this is the first time adding a card, you will receive directions on the next page. Click 'Subscribe' and you will be routed to Stripe to collect our payment method.

  3. Once directed to Stripe, you will need to 'Add your Payment Method'. Enter your payment information in to Stripe and click 'Add'

    Once your payment method has been added, please click "Return to VapeTM Software" to activate your subscription.

  4. You will be re-directed to VapeTM software and must proceed to 'Subscribe' to activate your subscription. Note: This is not charging your card unless your machines are currently expired. This is activate your free trial subscription.

  5. Select your preferred plan, monthly or annually, and click 'Subscribe'

  6. You will be presented with the total amount that will be collected upon renewal for confirmation. This is only charged at the time of device expiration and not at the time of confirmation. Click 'Confirm to proceed.

  7. Your subscriptions should all be activated. You will be taken to your subscription management page to see the Subscription Status' which will tell you if you are "On Trial" or Actively on a paid plan. It will also indicate your payment frequency, monthly or annually.

    To manage your subscription at any time, you can click 'Manage Subscriptions' in the upper right hand corner of your VapeTM software, only available on the web.

Subscription Terms:

Software may be paid monthly or annually. When activating your subscription, you will be prompted to select your desired payment frequency. Annual payments are a single, up-front payment and receive a discount compared to the monthly annualized price.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can manage your subscription by clicking "Manage Subscriptions' in the VapeTM web portal. This will direct you stripe to manage all subscriptions. A subscription is required to operate your machine. Cancelling your subscription will deactivate your machine.

Can I manage my subscription on the VapeTM mobile app?

Subscription management is currently only available from the VapeTM web application

What happened to my trial period?

You still have your trial period from your original machine purchase. We now require a payment method on file for when that trial period expires. You will not be charged until that trial period expires.

I What happens if I sell my machine?

Payment methods on file are unique to each user. The new owner will be required to add a payment method on file. If there is already a trial period or paid term, that term rolls over to the new owner. For example, you sell your machine in month 5 of a 1 year subscription, the new owner will not be required to renew for 7 months, once that full year has expired.
