Follow these steps to turn Ethernet on or off directly on the machine or through remote access.
Option 1: On the machine
Enter the admin password.
Go to Equipment Configuration.
Enable Navigation Bar and tap submit.
Swipe up from the bottom and tap the circle button.
Open Settings → Network and WiFi → Ethernet.
Toggle Ethernet ON or OFF.
Option 2: Remotely (Vape Vending Software)
Go to Machine List and select your machine.
Open Screen Remote Control.
In the Remote Screen tab, click Home.
Navigate to Settings → Network and WiFi → Ethernet.
Toggle Ethernet ON or OFF.
Real-life example: If both Wi-Fi and Ethernet are enabled, the machine may switch between networks and cause connection issues. Turning one off helps stabilize performance.
