Machine Software: Android Board Reset & App Reinstallation

Follow these three phases to reset your hardware, restore your network connection, and reinstall the VapeTM application.

Phase 1: Reset the Android Board

  1. Prepare the USB Drive: Download the provided compressed file and extract it. Copy the file named RESET_SYSTEM_FILE_NAME onto a blank USB stick.

    (Note: Reset File will be sent to your email by Support Agent)

  2. Initiate Reset: Insert the USB stick into an available port on the red Android board inside your machine.

  3. Monitor the LED: Watch the LED light on the board. When it begins blinking, the reset process is active.

  4. Remove USB: Once the blinking begins, you may remove the USB stick.

Phase 2: Network Reconnection

  1. Connect to Internet: Navigate to the machine’s network settings.

  2. Configure Connection: Reconnect to your Wi-Fi or plug in your Ethernet cable as usual. Ensure the status shows as "Connected."

Phase 3: Reinstall the VapeTM Application

  1. Access the Browser: Open the internet browser on the machine.

  2. Enter Download Link: In the address bar, type: https://tinyurl.com/apkxx

    (Note: APK file will be provided by Support Agent, please contact support)

  3. Download the File: Select “OK” when prompted to begin the download.

  4. Locate the Installer: Open the File Manager app and navigate to the Downloads folder.

  5. Run the APK: Find the file ending in .apk and tap it to install the VapeTM application.
