Phase 1: Reset the Android Board
Prepare the USB Drive: Download the provided compressed file and extract it. Copy the file named
RESET_SYSTEM_FILE_NAMEonto a blank USB stick.(Note: Reset File will be sent to your email by Support Agent)
Initiate Reset: Insert the USB stick into an available port on the red Android board inside your machine.
Monitor the LED: Watch the LED light on the board. When it begins blinking, the reset process is active.
Remove USB: Once the blinking begins, you may remove the USB stick.
Phase 2: Network Reconnection
Connect to Internet: Navigate to the machine’s network settings.
Configure Connection: Reconnect to your Wi-Fi or plug in your Ethernet cable as usual. Ensure the status shows as "Connected."
Phase 3: Reinstall the VapeTM Application
Access the Browser: Open the internet browser on the machine.
Enter Download Link: In the address bar, type:
https://tinyurl.com/apkxx(Note: APK file will be provided by Support Agent, please contact support)
Download the File: Select “OK” when prompted to begin the download.
Locate the Installer: Open the File Manager app and navigate to the Downloads folder.
Run the APK: Find the file ending in
.apkand tap it to install the VapeTM application.
