If you see a white screen that says Data Exception or a screensaver that says Data Exception. That exception just means the machine is not connected to the internet.
Open the Admin Menu
Put your finger on the top right of the screen and hold it.
This takes you to the admin password menu. Enter your Password
Hit Confirm.
Turn On the Navigation Bar
Go to Equipment Configuration.
Turn the Navigation Bar on.
Hit Submit, then go Back. The navigation bar is now on.
Connect to the Internet
Swipe up and hit the circle.
Go into Settings and go to wifi. Verify if Ethernet is turned off. Connect to the Wifi network.
If it times out, try it again.
Finish Setting Up
a. Pull up the browser and test your internet connection.
