1. Download & Locate the App
Search for "VTM Vending" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install it on your device.
VTM Vending — your primary machine management app. Tap this to get started
2. Sign In to Your Account
Tap the VTM Vending app icon to launch it. You will land on the login screen.
Enter your credentials on the "Welcome back" screen:
Email — enter your registered VapeTM account email address
Password — enter your account password. Tap the 👁 eye icon on the right side of the field to show or hide what you are typing
Remember Me — enable this checkbox if you would like the app to keep you signed in automatically on future visits
Tap the green Login button to access your dashboard
💡 Your VTM Vending app uses the same login credentials as your VapeTM web portal. There is no need to create a separate account.
Note: To manage your subscription at any time, you can click 'Manage Subscriptions' in the upper right hand corner of your VapeTM software, ONLY available on the VapeTM web portal.
3. Explore the Home Dashboard
After signing in, you will land on the Home Dashboard — your central hub for monitoring your vending business at a glance.
🔴 Red arrow — the Profile icon in the top-right corner, used to access Settings
The dashboard displays the following information:
Today's Sales — your current day's total revenue, with yesterday's figure shown below for comparison
This Week / This Month / All Time — a quick summary of your sales totals across different time periods
Machine Fleet — a real-time view of how many machines are currently Online (green) vs. Offline (red)
Notifications — broken into two categories:
Machine Alerts — critical status updates from your machines requiring attention
Low Stock Alerts — alerts for products that are running low on inventory
Bottom navigation bar — use this to switch between the five main sections of the app: Home, Machines, Sales, Products, and Support
4. Adjust Your App Settings
From the Home Dashboard, tap the profile icon in the top-right corner (🔴 red arrow, Screenshot above) to open the Settings screen.
Account — displays your currently logged-in email address
Appearance — choose your preferred display theme:
Light — white background, ideal for daytime use
Dark — dark background, easier on the eyes in low-light conditions
System — automatically follows your phone's current display setting
Official Website — opens VapeTM.com in your mobile browser
Help Center — opens the in-app Help & Support screen
Sign Out — logs you out of the app
The current app version is displayed at the bottom of the Settings screen (e.g., Version 1.0.0)
5. Visit the Official VapeTM Website
From the Settings screen, tap Official Website to open VapeTM.com in your mobile browser.
Browse available vending machine models and accessories
Place new orders or review product information
Tap Call now at the bottom of the page to reach the VapeTM sales team directly at +1 (888) 373-8158
6. Access the Help Center
From the Settings screen, tap Help Center to open the in-app support hub.
The Help Center is divided into two sections:
Live Support
Chat with Us (🟢 green arrow) — tap to start a new conversation or view an existing one with the VapeTM support team
Help Articles (⚫ black arrow) — tap to browse the full library of step-by-step guides, FAQs, and tutorials
Contact Us
Email Support — [email protected]
Phone Support (🔴 red arrow) — 1-888-537-8273 Ext 2, available Monday–Saturday, 10am–10pm
7. Browse Help Articles
From the Help Center, tap Help Articles to open the full knowledge base.
Use the Search for help bar at the bottom of the screen to quickly find a specific topic without browsing through all collections.
8. Send a Message to Support
From the Help Center, tap Chat with Us (🟢 green arrow, step 6) to open the Messages screen.
If no previous conversations exist, the screen will display "No messages"
Tap the "Send us a message" button to start a new support conversation
Your message will be received by the VapeTM support team and responded to during business hours
9. Chat with a Live Agent
After tapping Send us a message, the live chat window will open.
The chat window connects you directly with the VapeTM support team
Type your question or message in the "Ask a question..." field at the bottom of the screen
Tap the 📎 attachment icon to share a file or screenshot with the support team
Tap the ↑ send arrow to submit your message
⚠️ Important Notes
Same credentials: Your VTM Vending app uses the same login as your VapeTM web portal — no separate account is needed.
Enable push notifications: Allow notifications on your device to receive real-time Machine Alerts and Low Stock Alerts directly to your phone.
