How to Fix a Blank or White Screen on Your Machine

If your machine shows a blank or white screen—or only displays a few products—it may be due to product inventory settings.

  1. Check the “Aisle Goods” Section

    • Log in to your VapeTM admin software or mobile app.

    • Navigate to the Aisle Goods section for the affected machine.

  2. Review Product Inventory Levels

    • Look at the inventory quantity for each listed product.

    • If the quantity is set to 0, the product will not appear on the machine’s display.

  3. Update Product Quantities

    • For any product showing “0,” update the quantity to at least 1.

    • Save the changes to sync the updated inventory with the machine.

  4. Refresh the Display

    • Wait a few moments for the system to update automatically.

    • The product list should now reappear on the machine’s screen.

    • If the display remains blank after adjusting inventory, restart the machine.

  • Keeping accurate inventory levels ensures the product menu displays correctly for customers.

  • If the issue persists after updating quantities and restarting, contact support for further troubleshooting.
