Check the “Aisle Goods” Section
Log in to your VapeTM admin software or mobile app.
Navigate to the Aisle Goods section for the affected machine.
Review Product Inventory Levels
Look at the inventory quantity for each listed product.
If the quantity is set to 0, the product will not appear on the machine’s display.
Update Product Quantities
For any product showing “0,” update the quantity to at least 1.
Save the changes to sync the updated inventory with the machine.
Refresh the Display
Wait a few moments for the system to update automatically.
The product list should now reappear on the machine’s screen.
If the display remains blank after adjusting inventory, restart the machine.
Tip:
Keeping accurate inventory levels ensures the product menu displays correctly for customers.
If the issue persists after updating quantities and restarting, contact support for further troubleshooting.
