Forms Contained in This Guide: Machine Transfer Initiation Request

Overview

If you are selling or transferring ownership of your VapeTM machine(s) to another operator/owner, you’ll need to formally transfer your account. This ensures the new owner receives full access to the dashboard, machine data, and billing, while your responsibility for the account ends cleanly.

Transfers must be approved by VapeTM Support and both parties (current and new owner) must provide verification details.

Please note transfers require a one time service fee of $75/ machine.

What Happens During the Transfer

  • The current owner’s account is reviewed and verified for any active service fees or balances.

  • The new owner is added as the authorized operator and given login credentials.

  • All linked machine IDs and service agreements are reassigned to the new owner.

  • The previous owner’s access will be removed upon completion.

Transfers typically complete within 2–3 business days once all required information is received.

Notes

  • Transfers cannot be processed if there are unpaid invoices or unresolved disputes.

  • Once completed, the previous owner will no longer have access to any sales data or machine control.

  • The new owner assumes full responsibility for billing, compliance, and machine management.

  • Machine subscriptions and expirations are machine specific and not account specific.
