Machine Transfer: Buying, Selling and Transferring Your VapeTM Machines to a New Owner

Overview

If you are selling or transferring ownership of your VapeTM machine(s) to another operator/owner, you'll need to formally transfer your account. This ensures the new owner receives full access to the dashboard, machine data, and billing, while your responsibility for the account ends cleanly.

Transfers must be approved by VapeTM Support and both parties (current and new owner) must provide verification details.

Please note transfers require a one time service fee of $75/ machine.

What Happens During the Transfer

  • The current owner's account is reviewed and verified for any active service fees or balances.

  • The new owner is added as the authorized operator and given login credentials.

  • All linked machine IDs and service agreements are reassigned to the new owner.

  • The previous owner's access will be removed upon completion.

  • The Nayax card reader associated with the machine is transferred to the new owner via the Nayax Transfer Portal.

Transfers typically complete within 2–4 business days once all required information is received.

To initiate a transfer, the following must be provided:

From the Current Owner

  • Full Name

  • Business Name (if applicable)

  • Registered Email Address

  • Machine ID(s) being transferred

  • Confirmation that all outstanding fees are settled

From the New Owner

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Business Name (if applicable)

Approval Process

  1. VapeTM Support verifies account and machine ownership.

  2. Both parties receive an email confirmation for approval.

  3. Transfer is completed and new owner credentials are issued.

Nayax Card Reader Transfer

Each VapeTM machine includes a Nayax VPOS Touch card reader that must also be transferred to the new owner.

Phase 1: Accessing the Transfer Portal

  1. Authentication — Enter the email address associated with your Nayax account.

  2. Operator Identification — Provide your DCIS Operator ID.

  3. Verification — Enter the one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered email address to access the transfer page.

Phase 2: Inputting Transfer Details

Once redirected to the transfer page, the following recipient information is provided:

  • Recipient Profile: Company Name, Full Name, and Phone Number of the new owner.

  • Execution Date: The intended transfer date.

  • Hardware Specifications:

    • Device Type: VPOS Touch

    • Protocol: MDB Level 3

    • Serial Number: The card reader's serial number (located on the device)

    • Default Machine ID: 553052604

Phase 3: Finalizing the Submission

  1. Submit Request — All entries are reviewed and submitted through the portal.

  2. Recipient Confirmation — The new owner automatically receives a confirmation form from Nayax.

What Happens Next

Once Nayax confirms the successful transfer, they will update the machine settings on their portal to reflect the new ownership. If you encounter any technical issues during this process, please reach out to our support team for live assistance.

Notes

  • Transfers cannot be processed if there are unpaid invoices or unresolved disputes.

  • Once completed, the previous owner will no longer have access to any sales data or machine control.

  • The new owner assumes full responsibility for billing, compliance, and machine management.

  • Machine subscriptions and expirations are machine specific and not account specific.
