Phase 1: Base & Pedestal Assembly
Align the Pedestal: Place the pedestal column onto the base unit (the section with wheels). Align the mounting slots on the bottom of the pedestal with the holes on the base.
Insert Lower Hardware: Locate the four lower slots inside the bottom of the pedestal. Insert 4 × M12 screws.
3. Secure the Base: * Hand-tighten each M12 screw first to ensure they are not cross-threaded.
Once all four are in place, use a tool to tighten them evenly until the pedestal is firmly attached to the base.
Phase 2: Mounting the Machine
Position the Machine: Carefully lift the vending machine and place it on top of the pedestal. Align the holes in the floor of the machine with the upper mounting slots of the pedestal.
Insert Upper Hardware: From the interior of the machine, insert 4 × M6 screws into the four corner holes.
Secure the Machine: * Hand-tighten the M6 screws to ensure alignment.
Fully tighten them with a tool to lock the machine to the pedestal.
Phase 3: Final Safety Inspection
Verify Tension: Check the alignment one last time. Ensure all 8 screws (4 × M12 at the bottom and 4 × M6 at the top) are firmly tightened.
Stability Test: Gently shake the unit to confirm the pedestal is stable and the machine is secure before loading inventory or connecting power.
