Adding photos of where your machine is placed helps us capture accurate location information for future partnerships and keeps your machine records complete. This guide walks you through uploading those photos in the VTM Vending app.

Make sure you have the VTM Vending app installed and that you are signed in to your account. Have your placement photos ready on your phone (you can add up to 8).

When you open the app, you will land on the Dashboard. If location details are still needed, you will see a "Location Information . Action Needed!" banner near the top.

From the bottom navigation bar, tap Machine.

On the Machine List screen you will see all of your locations. Find the machine you want to add photos to and tap it to open its details. You can use the Search bar at the top to find a specific machine by name or machine number.

Inside the machine, make sure you are on the Location Details tab. Scroll down to the Photos section, where you will see the prompt "Upload photos of your machine placement (max 8)."

Tap the + box under the Photos heading. Choose a photo from your phone's library or take a new one. Repeat to add more photos, up to a maximum of 8.

If you are happy for us to feature your machine, check the box next to "Allow VTM Vending to share my photos on its social channels." This step is optional.

Tap the green Save button at the bottom of the screen to store your photos. That's it. Your placement photos are now attached to your machine.
