Warning: Power off the machine before starting and take picture of the wire connectivity. (Mandatory)

Phase 1: Removal of Existing Device

  1. Power Down: Turn off the machine. Open the main door and locate the Nayax MDB cable (identifiable by its Yellow/Black wires).

  2. Trace the Connections: Trace the cable from the Nayax device to the I/O Board (Green Board). The port is labeled with an "MDB Cable" tag.

  3. Mandatory Photo: Take a clear photo of all current wire connections. This is a critical reference to ensure the new device is installed correctly without damaging the hardware.

  4. Disconnect & Detach: * Unplug the MDB cable from the I/O Board.

    • Remove the antenna from the top of the machine and its base.

    • Detach the Nayax device from its mounting slot.

Phase 2: Installation of the KioSoft Device

  1. Connect the KioSoft MDB Cable: Plug the KioSoft MDB cable into the MDB slot on the I/O board.

    • Important: Ensure the connector is aligned perfectly with the pins. Do not force it; missing or bending a pin can damage the board.

  2. Mount the Device: Attach the KioSoft device to the designated slot on the machine.

  3. Secure the Antenna: Connect the new antenna wire to the KioSoft device and mount the antenna onto the top of the machine.

  4. Final Connection Check: Verify that all cables are seated securely and no pins are exposed or bent.

Phase 3: Testing & Support

  1. Power On: Turn the machine on. The KioSoft device should boot up.

  2. Verify Operation: Confirm the device is working without error codes.

    • If an error occurs: Refer to the troubleshooting guides in our Help Center.

    • If the error persists, please contact our Support Team immediately.
