1. Open the Products Tab
From the bottom navigation bar, tap the Products icon. It will turn green when active.
🔴 Red arrow — the Products tab in the bottom navigation bar
🔵 Blue arrow — the Search bar at the top of the screen
⚫ Black arrow — the Sort button (up/down arrows icon)
🟢 Green arrow — the + Add button to create a new product
Once on this screen, you will see:
Your full product catalog with each product's image, name, and cost price listed
The total number of products displayed just above the list (e.g., 8 Products)
Tap any product row to open and view or edit its details
2. Search for a Product
Tap the Search bar (🔵 blue arrow, Screenshot 1) at the top of the screen to begin searching.

Type any part of the product name and the list will filter instantly as you type
The results count above the list updates in real time (e.g., 2 Products)
Tap any result row to open that product's full details
To clear the search and return to the full list, tap the × icon inside the search bar
3. Sort Your Product List
Tap the Sort button (⚫ black arrow, Screenshot 1) — the up/down arrows icon — to open the Sort By drawer.
The following sort options are available:
Last Added — most recently added products appear first (default, shown with a green ✓)
Name A → Z — alphabetical ascending order
Name Z → A — alphabetical descending order
Price: Low to High — lowest cost products listed first
Price: High to Low — highest cost products listed first
Tap your preferred option and the list will reorder immediately.
4. Add a New Product
Tap the + button (🟢 green arrow, Screenshot 1) to open the Add Product form.
🟢 Green arrow — the camera icon to upload a product image
⚫ Black arrow — the Save button in the top-right corner
Fill in the following fields:
Product Image — tap the green camera icon (🟢 green arrow) to upload a photo from your camera roll. Use a clean, clear image with no background for the best display on your machine
Product Name — enter the full product name (e.g., ZYN Cool Mint 6 MG)
Category — tap to select the appropriate category from the available list
Description — optionally add a short description for internal reference
Cost Price — enter your internal cost for this product (e.g., 6.00). This is for internal tracking only and is not visible to customers
Once all required fields are completed, tap Save (⚫ black arrow) in the top-right corner to add the product to your catalog. To exit without saving, tap the × icon in the top-left corner.
⚠️ Important Notes
🖼️ Product image size: The recommended image size is 800 × 800px in PNG format with the background removed. Refer to the How to Crop & Prepare Product Images guide for full instructions on preparing your images correctly.
💰 Cost Price is internal: The cost price you enter is for your records only. It does not affect the retail price displayed to customers on the machine.
📋 Product count: The number shown at the top of the list always reflects the total in your catalog, including any active search filter.
