VapeTM Vending Machine Setup Checklist
Confirm Nayax Device Registration:
Log in to the Nayax portal and verify that your Nayax device is listed under your account.
The device will not appear until all Nayax onboarding paperwork is completed.
Set Up Products in VapeTM Software:
Log in to VapeTM Vending Software on a computer.
Add products to your vending library by following this guide: Add Products to Your Library.
Configure Machine Inventory & Pricing:
Assign products to aisles and set pricing by following this guide: Set Products, Pricing, and Inventory.
Connect Machine to Wi-Fi:
Follow the instructions to connect the machine to Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi Connection Guide.
Learn the difference between the two antennas (Wi-Fi and Nayax) and ensure both are properly connected.
Install a Wireless Device (If Applicable):
If using a wireless device instead of Wi-Fi, follow this guide: Install Wireless Device.
Important: Turn Wi-Fi OFF and enable Ethernet (found under settings). You should obtain an IP address.
Check Nayax Signal Strength (RSSI):
Ensure that the Nayax card reader is securely connected and check the RSSI signal.
A good RSSI range is 18-39. If it reads 99, there is no communication.
Use the Moma App or Nayax web application to monitor the connection (Steps detailed here: Checking Nayax RSSI)β.

Perform a Live Test Transaction (Without Products):
Set a price of at least $5 and test the card reader.
No product will dispense, so the system will auto-refund the transaction (the refund occurs because the exit sensor does not detect a product drop).
Test Motors & Product Dispensing:
Ensure all motors are functioning correctly: How to Test Product Dispensing.
Secure the Machine & Perform Final Installation:
If wall-mounting, follow this guide: Wall Mount Installation Video.
Ensure the machine is securely fastened, locked, and positioned in a safe location.
