We highly recommend setting up and testing your machine PRIOR to any location installation.
Unbox your VapeTM machine
Confirm you have received all parts and accessories. Keys are attached to the cord of each machine. Additional accessories purchased may be on top of other machines if you purchased multiple. Please check all packages. Reach out to [email protected] if something is missing.
Connect antennas to the top of your machine
Connect your wifi antenna that is included in your machine package
Connect your card reader antenna (Kiosoft antennas are pre-installed)
Plug in and power on the machine

Make sure you turn off your ethernet
Open machine door and remove wires
Each coil in each aisle is secured with a zip tie. Be sure to remove these.
You are now ready to configure the software and test your machine!
Test your machine
Confirm Nayax Device Registration:
Log in to the Nayax portal and verify that your Nayax device is listed under your account.
The device will not appear until all Nayax onboarding paperwork is completed.
Set Up Products in VapeTM Software:
Log in to VapeTM Vending Software on a computer.
Add products to your vending library by following this guide: Add Products to Your Library.
Configure Machine Inventory & Pricing:
Assign products to aisles and set pricing by following this guide: Set Products, Pricing, and Inventory.
Test Product Purchasing:
Set a price of at least $5 and complete a real purchase. You do not need to have product in the machine. When not stocked, the machine will sense that it did not dispense and AUTO REFUND
