Data Exception Error

Fix the Data Exception error by reconnecting your VapeTM machine to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

A Data Exception error means the machine is not connected to the internet. To resolve it, reconnect the machine to the internet using the steps below.

  1. Tap the top-right corner of the screen to open the administrator menu.

  2. Enter the password from your onboarding email and tap Confirm.

  3. Go to Equipment Configuration and enable the Navigation Bar, then tap Submit.

  4. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the circle (home button).

  5. Go to Settings → Network and connect to your Wi-Fi.
